(Our rail is only 1.5cm thick, and the fork mount adds about 5cm minimum height.) 5.Check that the rear wheel doesn't hit the roof, the bike fits the full length of the cargo area, and closing the hatch won't touch the handlebars. 6.For bikes with non-removable seatposts, lower it fully and confirm it clears the roof.
